I just posted this on another forum. But this game needs some love!was loving the PS2 version on my PS3. So much so that I wanted widescreen support and the two extra tables so I sprung for the Wii version.Holy crap, it's amazing.

If you thought the PS2 one was good, the Wii SKU is just fantastic.First off, widescreen makes a world of difference. On top of that, the graphics seem much more vibrant and sharper on the Wii.The main thing though, are the tilt controls.

They are incredibly well implemented. On the PS2, you nudged the stick in the direction you wanted tilt, and it jerked the table in that direction. Do it 2 or 3 times, and you get a tilt. Also, your left flipper or right flipper hand were a bit off the flipper button while doing this, so it screwed you up somewhat. On the Wii, you can subtly tilt in any direction by making the exact same motions you would on a pinball machine. You can do a slight nudge to the right, or a hard slam to the left. You can also do a series of slight left movements to slowly walk the ball a bit, just like a real table. There's always that analog feeling of 'how far can I push before a tilt', unlike the PS2 where it feels very digital.

2 pushes and you're out. It's one of the best uses of the Wii controls I've witnessed yet.EDIT: The wiimote/nunchuck tilt controls are so good, in fact, that I'm completely kicking ass on every table I learned in the PS2 version. I'm at least doubling, and sometimes quadrupaling, my score. I almost flipped Firepower. (Gottlieb's one here)I wish the game would register your camera choice for each of the tables, not having to fucking redo it every fucking time, it's annoying:-/Also they really need to implement a better hud position or whatever since it mostly interferes with your play, it's infuriating having to swith the hud on/off even during the game. And it doesn't register as well, meaning that if you have it switched off and you lose a ball you need to manually switch it off again. Also, some more custom camera positions on the table with 'basement/under the main table' play (like Teed Off where you can't see the Gopher wheel spinning).Apart from that is a great great pinball game/collection, can't wait for the Williams' one you guys are playing. Hopefully a Data East one gets made in the future!.yeah rightAnd Central Park is the hardest pinball table EVER, i hate! It's really infuriating:lol.

Ok, should we have a high score thread or not? Here are my high scores. I've only listed the ones where I've beat the default high score. If you post, copy and edit in your own scores. (If there's a thread of people posting, use the latest version, and don't touch anyone else's scores please.)Also, it might be interesting to note platform. I'm on PSP.I'm sure mine are meager compared to the folks who are pinball wizards.Taxi5,462,560 - jvm/PSP-Gorgar675,770 - jvm/PSP-Space Shuttle-Firepower1,277,470 - jvm/PSP-Black Knight-Funhouse14,125,210 - jvm/PSP-Jive Time-Pin.Bot-Sorcerer-Whirlwind. Pinball Hall Of Fame Wii Game

So weird! My mom read a review for this game in the newspaper today and insisted that we go out and buy the Wii version. This is my 40 year old mom who was basically introduced to video gaming through Wii sports.Unfortunately, we couldn't find any stores near us with the game (we checked 2 gamestops and Walmart -nothing). We may try again tomorrow or just go the online route.I have to hand it to Nintendo (and the developer, of course)! It's another old-people-love-the-wii success story!
