How to add Bulgarian language and keyboard in Windows XP, Vista.

I've been waiting patiently for the ROW update with hopes that at last the Bulgarian language support would appear on the TPT. Yet somehow not surprisingly there is no such thing. I can't understand the reason for extracting Bulgarian language from the Android 3.1. It is natively supported in the vanilla Adnroid 3.1.

This means that Lenovo staff is putting efforts to extract/remove Bulgarian language from the original packaging. Here is a screenshot of the original Android 3.1 in my emulator:What you see is a Bulgarian interface which is natively supported. Not on the TPT unfortunately. My question is - are there any plans for Bulgarian support (including interface language, keyboard and Notes Mobile)? TPT is sold officially in Bulgaria without any native language support. I have installed several keyboards with support for Bulgarian. None of them is as good as the original Honeycomb keyboard. Currently I'm using AnySoftKeyboard which in my opinion is better than the Bulgarian Keyboard by sashomasho.Nevertheless the interface language and Notes Mobile support for Bulgarian is cruical for most of the users in Bulgaria.I bought this tablet because of the stylus and the Notes Mobile application just to find out that Notes Mobile can't recognize (OCR) Bulgarian handwriting.
